A travel bike seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately, wheels that are too small don't move very well. You feel like a Shriner clown on a tiny bike. Yet the mountain bike styling and 26 inch wheels of the Columba make it move like a non-folding bike. The gears shift, the breaks hold, and the wheels turn in a smoother manor to my last store bought bike. The ultra light weight frame is great for travel on buses, or for travel in airports as luggage. This is worth the little extra cash to get a better bike. I ride it to the bus stop and school ten miles a week. For the last month I have had no problems. It is working great!
